Our in-house Legal Services team is here to help clients with all aspects of legacy planning, to ensure your wishes are carried out after you’ve gone.
Effective legacy planning is about understanding what you want to achieve, considering everything that might affect your wishes, and being aware of all the options available to you so that you can make an informed choice about the legacy you leave behind.
The central element of legacy planning is creating a Will. It may also include putting Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) in place, and creating trusts to protect your assets for your beneficiaries.
Our Legal Intermediaries have a wealth of experience to help you make the necessary arrangements. They’ll be with you every step of the way, keeping the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
