In 2024, Adam joined Amber River as Hub Growth Partner, to support regional growth initiatives across the group. He spent much of 2024 working closely with the Amber River East Anglia team and became Interim CEO in January 2025.
Adam’s career includes senior roles at Quilter, Virgin Money, Atom Bank and Halifax. His expertise spans strategic planning, team leadership, mortgage lending, and wealth management, with a consistent emphasis on exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his sons, exploring the countryside, and supporting community initiatives that align with his values.
