Josie Sohal

With 15 years of experience in accountancy and finance, Josie Sohal has built a successful career specialising in management accounting and financial control. A CIMA professional with a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance, she has developed extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, management accounts, and revenue and cost analysis. Josie has experience across retail, IT and software, and wealth management, giving her a broad commercial perspective and the ability to adapt to different business environments.

In her current role as Financial Controller, Josie enjoys the breadth and variety of responsibilities that the position offers. She is particularly motivated by solving complex business challenges, driving process improvements, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Her analytical approach, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, allows her to identify practical and effective solutions that add value across the organisation.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories together. She loves travelling, exploring different cultures, socialising with friends, and spending time outdoors walking and discovering new places.
