Kim has worked as a financial adviser for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience, having joined Leodis (now part of Amber River) from an accountancy practice in Leeds where she helped establish and grow the wealth management division.
Kim worked closely with the tax team by helping their clients, mainly company directors, plan for their retirement and talking them through various tax planning strategies whether through the company or by making use of individual allowances.

Bryan started advising clients in London in 1994 and has since then developed extensive knowledge of both advising and coaching private bankers and wealth managers all over the world.
Bryan has an interest in organisational culture both in business and in sport. He was asked to work with the Northern Ireland Football Team in 2014/15 and Leinster Rugby in 2017/18.
