Neil has worked in financial services since 1994, qualifying as a financial adviser in 2000. After becoming an independent financial adviser in 2002, he worked for national firms and independent practices across York, Leeds, and Harrogate.
In 2008 he founded Huntington Ross, building it over the following 18 years into a well-regarded independent practice. In 2026 Huntington Ross became part of Amber River Leodis Wealth, giving clients the benefits of support from an organisation with greater scale - including deeper compliance and regulatory support, and better service - while retaining personal relationships.
