Before moving into finance, Sian was a full time rower at Leander Club in Henley on Thames — so she’s well used to discipline, teamwork, and early mornings (although she now prefers her challenges to be more spreadsheet-based). She is completing a 100k Ultra Marathon in September in support of the Ollie Young Foundation - so she's no stranger to a challenge.
Sian is married to a Navy Seaman, and lives in Henley with their two crazy Cocker Spaniels.
