For one week every year, the Earth Raise campaign matches the fundraising efforts of hundreds of UK charities dedicated to tackling the climate crisis. As part of this, The Rivers Trust were able to use our pledge donation to apply for match funding and raised £43,738.60 (including gift aid) in total.
And just as importantly, they reached three times the number of public donors than in 2025, with around half of those becoming aware of The Rivers Trust for the first time.
The money raised will support The Rivers Trust’s wide-ranging efforts to restore, protect and preserve the UK’s rivers. From campaigning and advocacy, influencing government and other decision makers, and their technical work; gathering evidence to inform the best solutions to tackle poor river health.
