Head of HR

With over 15 years’ experience in HR, Kate is our Head of HR and is passionate about putting people first. Her interest in both people and processes led her to study Law at university, before going on to complete marketing and HR qualifications, including achieving MCIPD status.

Kate is a strong advocate of leading with kindness and empathy, recognising that there is rarely a one size fits all solution when it comes to people matters. She particularly enjoys finding thoughtful, creative solutions that balance individual needs with the wider business.

Outside of work, Kate has two teenage daughters and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys painting, trying new places for breakfast, and planning adventures with her family.
