As Amber River HDA’s Operations Director, Katherine ensures all areas of the business work together effectively so that everything runs smoothly. This helps us maintain high standards of work and deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Katherine has worked across the financial services industry for more than 17 years in a variety of roles. Her experience spans insurance and mortgage advice, platform operations and sales, before moving into paraplanning, where she further developed her expertise in the financial planning sector. Combined with her behind-the-scenes knowledge, this makes her well placed to lead internal teams and external providers to achieve the best outcomes for the business and, most importantly, our clients.

Outside work and family life, Katherine enjoys clay shooting and travelling whenever she can.
