Susan’s management career in the financial sector spans more than three decades. She joined True Bearing (now Amber River True Bearing) in 2010 and within four years she was appointed as Managing Director. She became Chief Executive Officer in 2024.
Susan was responsible for the implementation of strategic management at Amber River True Bearing. She remains passionate about driving operational improvement and developing robust people strategies to build employee engagement. Supporting employee career aspirations and fostering a culture of learning and development sits at the heart of her philosophy and values.
Susan is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
