There’s something powerful about bringing everyone together, and this year’s annual Amber River True Bearing Day was a brilliant reminder of just that.
Held at the Macdonald Kilhey Court Hotel, the event gave colleagues from across the organisation the opportunity to connect, reflect and celebrate the fantastic work taking place across our teams. Days like this are so valuable because they create space to step away from the day-to-day, hear different perspectives and recognise the achievements that are shaping our shared progress.
Throughout the day, we heard a range of team presentations that showcased the energy, ideas and commitment driving the business forward. It was inspiring to see the breadth of activity taking place and to share in the successes, lessons and ambitions of colleagues from across Amber River True Bearing.

A huge thank you goes to everyone involved in organising the day and making it such a positive experience. We are also grateful to our guests and Dean Van Leeuwen, whose afternoon session provided an inspiring close to the event and gave us plenty to think about.
