Giselle Clayton

Independent Financial Adviser

Giselle joined Amber River True Bearing in 2022. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience of advising clients in financial services, encompassing investments, pensions, and protection, including twelve years in banking as a tied adviser. She qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser in 2019 as she is passionate about providing truly independent advice that has her clients’ best interests at heart.

Giselle is a people person and feels that cutting through the jargon and helping clients to understand their choices, empowering them in their life plans and financial decisions is the best part of her role as an IFA. She keeps her clients at the heart of everything she does and chose to join the team because she felt that our core values aligned closely with hers. Giselle is keen to help her clients remove any fear factor from making financial choices.

Giselle is currently studying for Chartered adviser status to deepen her own knowledge and feels that good financial planning is essential in changing lives for the better. In future she is looking forward to continuing to grow within the business, further developing ways to support our clients throughout their life journey.

Giselle lives in South Ribble with her husband, two daughters and a springer spaniel. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking the dog and good food.
